Jim Weaver, Board Chairman, is born and raised in rural North Central Missouri and a current resident of Trenton, Missouri. As Board Chairman Jim reviews and analyzes Agron corporate financials, new potential investment ideas, current and active investments, company expenses and employee performance. A graduate of North Central Missouri College and Northwest Missouri State University, Jim started his career as an agronomist in Northern Missouri and Southern Iowa for 9 years. Since 2020, Jim has worked in community banking as a bank officer specializing in commercial, real estate and agriculture finance. Jim and his wife Hannah have 2 sons, Drake and Payne, who he spends his free time with going hunting, fishing and playing golf.
ANDREW HULET

Say hello to Agron board member, Andrew! Andrew was born and raised in the Pattonsburg area where he continues to reside. He graduated from Southeast Community College in Milford, NE and quickly came back to the area to pursue a career that encompassed both farming and the community he grew up in. Andrew has spent his career supporting local farmers, whether at his current job as an Equipment Salesman for AgPower in Bethany or at previous positions held in the agriculture industry within the community. In addition to his full time job, Andrew is also growing his own farming operation, with a heavy focus on raising cattle. Andrew is married to his wife, Mandy and has two beautiful daughters, Addley and Hensley. Andrew can usually be found working on his farm or spending the summer in a hay field, but when he gets some free time he enjoys camping and spending time with his family.
ALLISON ZUMBEHL

Born and raised in Albany, Missouri, Allison Zumbehl moved back to the family farm to raise her family after attending college at the University of Central Missouri, where she earned a bachelor's degree in agriculture business. Allison has a strong passion for both rural healthcare and agriculture, which has led her to her current role as the Director of Accounting at Harrison County Community Hospital. Alongside her professional career, Allison and her husband Dustin are excited to be starting their own cattle operation. They have two children, Maggie and Dietrich, who keep them busy with their sporting events. In her free time, Allison enjoys golfing, tractor pulling, and traveling to new places she and her family have never been.
