I formed Agron with the intent to partner with driven, ambitious people who have great ideas as well as a strong work ethic, but don’t necessarily want to risk their 401k or go into debt to pursue their idea. My vision was to put together a team of people who could work towards goals that not only benefit Agron, but benefit themselves as well, while providing valuable services and products to the general public. I wanted to create a company that not only would take on all the financial risks but also reward those who work for Agron by sharing in the profits ⏤ sometimes as much as 50% ⏤ with the goal of retaining them and incentivizing their work. With this particular compensation arrangement, the more profitable they make Agron, the more profitable it is for them. It was also important to me to provide the freedom of working at their primary job and doing this at their leisure in their spare time.
