In addition to being the founder and President of Agron Investment Corporation, Doug hires all new Agron employees and leads the team of department heads and vice presidents within the corporation. Additionally, Doug is continuously seeking out new, innovative investment opportunities for Agron.
Doug's primary sectors include both oil and farming operations within the company. He is a minority shareholder, owning only 1% of Agron with the rest being held by a trust.
Outside of Agron, Doug is the owner and manager of Southview Farms. As a fifth generation farmer in northern Missouri, Doug has a deep rooted history in agriculture. His passion for agriculture and the outdoors permeates his hobbies as well. Doug enjoys fishing, boating, riding ATVs, and of course, farming.
HANNAH WEAVER

Head of Real Estate Development
Agron's resident real estate expert, Hannah, manages Agron's real estate investments and assists Doug in day-to-day operational decisions. In handling real estate acquisitions, Hannah seeks out properties, hires and manages contractors, and manages the real estate finance for the duration of the project. She collaborates with Doug to analyze and secure new investment opportunities and revenue streams within Agron's existing areas of ventures.
Hannah is employed as an insurance agent, dealing in crop, farm, commercial and livestock insurance. She and her husband Jim have two sons, Drake and Payne. When her boys aren't keeping her busy, Hannah enjoys cooking, baking, golfing with her family, traveling and riding horses.
CARSLEY CRABTREE

Finance
As the Vice President of Finance, Carsley focuses on the financial activities within Agron that maximize profits and the optimization of the investment portfolio for the corporation.
Carsley is the owner of a successful sporting goods store, DACK Outdoors. DACK Outdoors also has a storefront in Pattonsburg, Missouri, and can be visited online at www.dackoutdoors.com.
Carsley is married with three children and three grandchildren. Outside of Agron and DACK Outdoors, Carsley likes to hunt, play guitar and he enjoys learning about geography.
CHRIS HILEY
Vice President
Operations
As the VP of Operations, Chris upholds the profitability and values of Agron Investment Corporation. Chris was born and raised on the farm. He worked as a tractor mechanic and managed a cattle farm before spending the last 20 years employed with a large row crop farmer. Chris also manages his own farming operation in his spare time.
Chris has been married to his wife Kimberly for 30 years and has 3 children and 2 grandchildren. When he isn't farming or helping to ensure Agron's success, Chris likes to go camping, fishing, and restore repair old tractors.
TIM DENNERT
Vice President
Logging Operations
Tim Dennert, the VP of Logging Operations, works closely with Doug to secure timber to be harvested. Close to 750,000 board feet of timber was harvested in the first year of Agron's venture into logging.
Tim works for and with landowners to make sure they make as much money as possible while promoting responsible harvesting practices to preserve sustainable forest health. He has been involved in the logging industry for 8 years.
Tim has a wife, Kara, and two sons, who Tim hopes will one day be able to work by his side, doing what the entire family loves -- logging.
BESS PHILLIPS

Introducing Bess, a dynamic entrepreneur and professional with a diverse skill set. For the past 15 years, she has passionately pursued her love for photography, establishing and successfully managing her own photography business, Bess Ann Photography. Bess's artistic eye and dedication to her craft have allowed her to capture the beauty of countless moments, creating lasting memories for her clients.
In addition to her thriving photography venture, Bess has made a mark in the real estate industry, specializing in acquisitions. Her expertise in navigating the complexities of real estate transactions showcases her versatility as a professional. Bess brings a unique perspective to the world of property acquisitions, combining her keen business acumen with a passion for creating value in real estate.
Away from the professional arena, Bess is a devoted mother to two lively little boys who infuse her life with joy and constant activity. Balancing the demands of her photography business, real estate endeavors, and the responsibilities of motherhood, Bess embodies the spirit of a driven and accomplished individual who finds fulfillment in both her career and family life. Through her lens and real estate ventures, Bess continues to weave a narrative of success and cherished moments.
AMANDA LOWREY

Amanda Lowrey, Executive Secretary, works closely with Doug and the Agron team to keep all of the behind-the-scenes operations organized and working smoothly.
Amanda's home base is located at the Agron office on 9th Street in Trenton. She works to ensure that visitors to the office get their questions answered and she prepares all documentation for the team and their Board meetings.
Amanda and her husband Aaron have a small row crop farm and raise butcher hogs and a small cattle herd. They live outside of Galt with their 4 children and in their free time they enjoy spending time with family, camping and fishing.
MEGAN PESTER
Marketing Director | Amplify Creative LLC
Megan is the creative behind Amplify Creative, Agron's digital marketing partner. Amplify Creative was established in 2022 and provides social media management, digital design, content creation, and branding services for businesses, individuals, and organizations. She is the Economic Developer in Grundy County and owns and operates Grand River Print & Design.
Megan is active in several community organizations and likes to be outside in her free time. She enjoys attending her kids' ballgames and activities along with her husband, and they all enjoy being at the golf course and swimming pool in the summer.
