| 1 cup Saute 50 (replacing 2 onions finely chopped) |
| 15 oz diced tomato |
| 15 oz tomato sauce |
| 1 cup sliced or chopped mushroom |
| 2 tbs olive oil |
| 2 cloves minced garlic |
| 2 tsp oregano |
| 2 tsp parsley |
| 1 tsp basil |

Saute
mushroom and garlic with olive oil in medium high heat. Stirring occasionally
for 3 to 4 min. Add Saute 50 and spices and and cook for 2 min. Add diced tomato
and tomato sauce and cook for 30 - 45 min. Makes 6 servings
